Let's Talk: Hello, Again

Sunday 17 January 2016

It feels like I've been starting off every post with 'Hello, Again' lately so I'm going to try and make this my last Hello, Again post for a long while. I have so many new ideas for content and I'm so excited to get them out to you but first of all I just wanted to have a chat about what's been going on.

College:
College has been super busy lately, it feels like I hardly get any time to myself and the time I do get is spent stressing about the things I could be doing that aren't watching New Girl. I have an exam on Wednesday which, I've got to be honest, I'm pretty nervous about. I haven't sat an exam in almost two years and I don't like the feeling of it, at all.

University Offers:
A few of my update posts were me complaining about me stressing about University Applications and this is me celebrating the fact that I have three offers for university! The first offer I got was for my first choice Uni which, admittedly, took the fun out of it all a little bit but at least I don't have to stress about not getting in. All that's left now is the other two universities to get back to me so I can proceed with all of the other uni stuff that will no doubt send my stress levels through the roof again. Fun!

Reading:
Reading has been a bit slow at the moment, as you can probably imagine, so I've made a slow start on my reading goal this year which is 50 books! It's a lot smaller than my goal for last year but I'm accounting for the fact that it's going to be a busy year, if I can even reach 50 books then I will be super happy with myself. As for keeping track of my books, I'm using Crini's spreadsheet. It keeps track of expenses and takes into account my reading goal and it's just everything good in the world.

Bookstagram:
I'm in the middle of contemplating whether to delete my bookstagram account or not. I'm not feeling it at the moment so the likelihood is that I will delete the account. I will still be posting on my personal instagram account so if you want to keep track of anything that I'm doing or any books that I buy then you can follow me there.

    1. Thank you! It seems to be helping quite a bit with the slump since it's actually quite hard to put down. Especially now that it's really gotten going. (Meaning: BECK).
